The hotel has a charming colonial vibe with beautiful tiles giving it a unique character. The little swimming pool was a great spot to relax after exploring the area. I appreciated the helpful doorman who assisted with our luggage, and the breakfast served in the central patio was a good way to start the day. Being just a short walk from the malecon, I found it easy to immerse myself in the local culture, especially visiting the nearby Museo Arqueologico del Camino Real.

I was pleased with very good service. The breakfast was pretty decent and generous and at very reasonable prices, reasonably priced. Incredible and amazing location next to restaurants and the main plaza, both the waterfront and the popular Calle 59 and the Gulf of Mexico, I felt safe.

particularly good and excellant location for our visit to malecon campeche within easy walking distance of the hotel. big bed, reasonably large bathroom and wi-fi and a dresser in the room.

My room was near the pool area, so privacy was an issue since it was easy for others to see in. The shower was just okay, and I encountered some noise from nearby activities, disrupting the expected tranquility. Finding the hotel via car was slightly tricky due to narrow roads in the area.

Very friendly staff and great location in the historic city.
No cut, no internet access in the rooms and the water was way too hot for showering.

It is a beautiful colonial building with courtyard and large rooms and located in the heart of the historic district.
Nothing we didn't like but you should add historic to the above list because there is nothing on the list that really describes this hotel.

This hotel is amazingly calm, peaceful and it is gorgeous. It's perfect for a short stay and make the most of the city. The rooms are perfectly clean and the temperature is always cool inside even without the air conditioner.Good job.

Excellent hotel!!! From the moment we were assisted with parking, the efficient check-in. Kind staff. Hershey kisses in the room and turn down service. Hotel very clean and well-maintained. Lovely pool. Hotel with lots of character and old world charm. Great location. We were touring and stayed at five different hotels. This was by far the most inexpensive and I have to say I enjoyed it the most - as did my husband.

In a charming historic building with ample greenery, the spacious accommodations were a highlight. A delicious breakfast with waffles and other options started the day on a great note. The room lacked a mini fridge, which would have enhanced convenience, and the pool area seemed insufficiently sized for the number of guests. Noise from live music in the nearby plaza permeated the walls, disrupting relaxation.

This was by far the nicest hotel I stayed in during my four stops in the Yucatan. I felt like I was in a very elegant hotel in Spain. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly all at the same time. My room was spotless and in very good repair. The breakfast was varied, and light. It was not included but you could do an ample buffet, or order a warm dish off the menu (I only did the latter - yogourt, cereal, bread, fruit, juice, coffee, etc) and it was an adequate breakfast. Soap, shampoo, lotion and facecloths are provided in addition to hand towels, bath towels, and pool towels. Pretty much a perfect place to stay.
In my room, the front of the toilet was very close to the wall, so there is not really enough leg room. You also have to pass by this way to reach the shower, so it can be a tight squeeze. My room was on the patio (ground floor) near the breakfast level, so there was some noise early in the morning when they set up the breakfast. I had ear plugs (which one really needs a lot of places in Mexico) so this was not a major concern. Because I had made my reservation only the day before (I arrived on a Sunday) and the reservations clerk probably was not working Saturday evening when it arrived, and Sunday when I arrived, my booking was not found until Monday morning. This was not a problem as I was travelling at an unbusy time of year, but book somewhat more in advance than I did if you want to be sure of a room.
